Our History
True Covenant Family Worship Center was founded in 1967 under the leadership of the late District Elder Sam Hall and Mother Olivia Hall. Originally known as True Holiness Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ, the ministry began as a beacon of hope in the Sunnyside community of Houston, offering a place where individuals and families could come to experience the transformative power of God.
